What items are returnable?

Unless otherwise stated in product/sale descriptions: (a) items on sale at 50% or more off the original price or discounted by coupon or discount code to 50% or less of the original price are final sale (no refunds or exchanges); (b) Items on sale up to 50% off the original price or discounted by coupon or discount code to 50% or less of the original price are exchange only (no refunds).

You can return your returnable items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unwashed and unworn
• All original tags must be attached
• PLEASE NOTE: Returned items for refund or credit (when applicable) are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee which will be deducted from any refund or credit amounts. Exchanges for items of equal or greater value are excluded from this fee.

Free gifts, gift cards, and promotional items are non-returnable. Some sale/discount items including for example "Final Sale" items may not be returnable (see product and promotion descriptions for return/exchange limitations). 

How do I return (returnable items only)?

1. Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
3. You will receive an email confirming that we received your request, and then a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

• Multi-item discounts and shipping charges will be recalculated to reflect the revised order after returns/exchange are incorporated into the order and will be applied to the final refund/charge amount
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless we sent you the incorrect item (not as ordered), or the item has a manufacturing flaw

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your return for refund, credit, or exchange.
• If approved your refund will be processed and either credited back to the original method of payment or as a credit (less $5 restocking fee) as applicable. Please allow 2-3 days for your bank to register any refund to your account.
