How do I participate?
Simply click the link at the top of this page or the "Get Rewards!" button. Joining is easy! I If you already have a store account you're already an Insider earning points; simply login to explore the program. If you don't yet have an account, sign-up via the store account icon or just click the Get Rewards button on the right edge of your screen and then Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered with our store, you'll have the opportunity to take part in all of the exciting ways we currently offer to earn Ivory Points!

How can I earn points?
You can earn points by participating in any of our innovative promotions! As an account holder you are automatically receiving points for activities such as purchases, product reviews, and having a birthday. Simply click on the 'Earn Points' tab to see how you are (or can) earn points. In addition, make sure to check back often, as we're adding great new ways for you to earn points all the time!

What can I redeem my Ivory Points for and how do I redeem?
We want to make it easy and fun to redeem your hard-earned points. Simply visit the 'Get Rewards' tab to view all of our great reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your reward.

How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of this popup.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' tab to get started.

Do I have to enroll or register in individual promotions?
Once you register for an account, you're all set – we don't require you to register for individual promotions in order to be eligible. Just fulfill the requirements of a promotion, and we'll post the points to your account immediately!

How long will it take for points to post to my account?
For most activities you should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion. If you have any concerns please drop us a note.

Do my points expire?
Nope! Your points will never expire. As our program evolves and improves we may change certain elements of the ways you earn and redeem, but the the total value of your points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?
When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place. Sound kind of confusing? Let's take an example: let's say you had previously spent $110 towards a 'Spend $100, earn 500 points promotion'. If you decide to return one of your items such that your total order value drops below $100, your total earned points for that purchase would drop by 500 (for the promotion) as well as the standard reward points (3 points per $1 spent) originally rewarded for the returned item  – it's just like you hadn't bought the item in the first place.

How do I contact support if I have questions about my points?

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
We currently require you to earn enough points to redeem any of the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab with no option to purchase points.

What if I don't want to receive promotional emails?
If you have subscribed to our marketing emails you'll receive occasional program-related emails from us. If you'd prefer to not receive those types of emails anymore, just click the 'Unsubscribe'button when you receive your next email.
The Fine Print:

  1. The Ivory Lane Insiders club has been created to reward our fantastic real customers making real purchases. Points and discount coupons/codes will be retracted and/or your account will be deleted or cancelled for any activity deemed by Ivory Lane Boutique Inc. at its sole discretion to be fraudulent or not in keeping with this principle.
  2. Points will be retracted for refunded order amounts, for orders with outstanding balances owing for more than 30 days, for cancelled orders, and for any other circumstance where points have been incorrectly awarded.
  3. Reward accounts may not be combined or reassigned without Ivory Lane Boutique's permission and at Ivory Lane Boutique's sole discretion.
  4. We make every effort to ensure rewards are awarded as earned but errors may occur. Please let us know if you think we have made an error with your account.
  5. Ivory Lane Boutique reserves the right to make changes to this program at any time and in any way at its sole discretion.  
  6. Ivory Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed as defined in the Ivory Lane Insiders program described above.
